We will offer long and short term rentals of :
» Studios : two 17m2 working spaces or offices, 2.5 m high
» Bedrooms : two 14m2 living spaces, with shared bathroom and kitchen
(see our live-work-see Residency Program)
» Production Space: a 40m2, 5m high multi-purpose workspace which can be used for
productions, meetings,presentations as a gallery or small performance space
» Office: membership to our shared office space / library
(starting September 2010)
Renters have full access to the terrace and meeting point/library space.
If we don’t have the space or equipment that you need, we can connect you with someone who does.
